But, I became restless. I had this gnawing gut feeling that this work I had poured much of my adult life into might not be aligned anymore.

 

So, I made the difficult decision to resign from my cushy salary, leave my then home city of Washington, DC and set off for a 6 month solo global adventure to get clear on what I really want and from there, reclaim my professional path forward. 

 

Now, I'm living a life of balance, adventure and freedom, feeling like I have purpose again, making a living doing what I love.

Meet Jenn Urso

For years, I climbed the corporate ladder, driven by ambition and a desire to make a difference.

 

I invested in myself, built a strong brand, and used my voice to advocate for positive change. But, somewhere along the way, the joy faded. The long hours, constant pressure, and lack of control chipped away at my passion. I knew there had to be a better way to achieve success without sacrificing my well-being.

That's when I embarked on a transformative journey to design a career that aligned with my values and fueled my big dreams. I discovered powerful strategies for leading my career with intention, creating more freedom and flexibility, and achieving success on my own terms.
